The Polish Folk Dance Association of the Americas

The (P.F.D.A.A) Polish Folk Dance Association of the Americas, Inc. was organized in 1983 to strengthen the network of Polish dance companies in the Western world. The membership currently consists of 33 ensembles from the United States and Canada. The main goal of the PFDAA is to sponsor North American Polish folk dance festivals and serve as a central source from information regarding Polish folk music, dance, customs, and wardrobe.

The Kosciuszko Foundation

The Kosciuszko Foundation is dedicated to promoting educational and cultural exchanges between the United States and Poland and to increasing American understanding of Polish culture and history. Founded in 1925, on the eve of the 150th anniversary of Thaddeus Kosciuszko's enlistment in the American revolutionary cause, the Foundation is a national not-for-profit, nonpartisan, and nonsectarian organization.

The American Polish Council of Long Island

American Polish Council of Long Island, Inc. was founded in 1963 by Leon Young, for the purpose of fostering social, civic and cultural activities amongst its members. We also promote close cooperation and mutual assistance with other organizations in achieving the common goals of the American Polish Community in Nassau and Suffolk counties.

The Polish National Club of Hempstead, New York

The Polish National Club of Hempstead was incorporated on December 2nd, 1926 for the purpose of uniting Polish-Americans of Hempstead and the vicinity to foster Civic, Educational, Charitable and Cultural activities among its members.
